How do I make rent payments?

Payments are made via ACH transactions, which are free, convenient, and safe. If you miss a payment, you can access your account via the Tenant Web Access portal and make a payment with credit card (additional fee applies) or from your bank account. 

 

How do I set up my account on the website?

Click "Tenant Web Access" and click "Sign Up." Enter your contact information, then reach out to us to receive your account number. Once you create your account, you will be able to make necessary payments and submit maintenance requests. 

 

Is there an app I can use? 

The rmResident app is a free and convenient way for you to log into your account to make payments and submit maintenance requests directly from your smartphone. 

 

What is your pet policy?

Pets under 40 pounds are accepted at most of our properties with written permission. There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $250.  

 

There is a car parked in my spot. What should I do?

Call Property Management (513-505-5551 ext. 3) and provide us with the make, model, and license plate number. We will contact the towing company and have the car towed as soon as possible. 

 

How do I submit a maintenance request?

Maintenance requests can be submitted directly from our website via the Tenant Web Access portal under the "Service Issues" tab. We will address your request in a timely manner based on the urgency and severity of the request. Please refer to the attached form outlining some common maintenance issues and simple fixes. Maintenance Form

 

What if the maintenance request is an emergency?

If there is a lockout, major leak, or another severe health and safety issue, please call (513)505-5551 ext. 4 and leave a detailed voicemail. This line is monitored 24/7 and we will address the issue as soon as possible. 

 

What are the move-out procedures?

After declaring your intent to move out, please provide us with your forwarding address for your security deposit. Deposit returns will be mailed within 30 days of move-out. Please refer to the end of your lease agreement for additional information regarding move-out procedures.
